What is ADWConnect?

ADWConnect helps your business grow and stay connected. With a local or international number, unlimited extensions, live call forwarding, on hold music, name directory, and much more, your small business can function and appear like a large company. You can setup an Auto Attendant so a caller dials your ADWConnect number, they hear a custom main greeting giving them options from which to choose, i.e. “Thank you for calling ABC company, dial 1 for sales, 2 for support…”

Since each phone extension can forward to any number, you can be reached on your home, office, mobile or VoIP phone. Give callers access to information such as product info, store hours or driving directions using Informational Extensions. You can also receive voicemails and faxes online or via email in attachments. Can ADWConnect replace my phone system?

Yes. We have a multitude of features which should be what you are looking for.

Does ADWConnect require a contract?
Depending on what package you choose either month-to-month or three years.
Can I transfer my number to ADWConnect?
You can easily transfer any number to ADWConnect. Once the porting form has been submitted and verified it can take up to 2 weeks before transfer is complete. There could be a one-time fee for porting.
Can I receive faxes with ADWConnect?
Of course you can! Our system provides you with a number which enables you to receive faxes via email with a PDF attachment.
