This website (the “Website”) is operated and owned by ADWConnect Ltd (“ADWConnect Ltd”, “ADWConnect”, “we”, “we”, “us” or “our”). ADWConnect is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU
We collect certain information from you when you use or register on our Website, subscribe to a newsletter or any of our Services or enter information on our Website. The information we collect from you may include the following personal data: name, email address, date of birth, telephone number, country of your residence, certain credit card/bank account details, or your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address. When you pay us for our Services we may collect, process or use certain parts of your payment data. All data during the payment process is collected, processed or stored by one of our independent payment service providers, including Stripe and GoCardless. During the payment process we collect and store the last 4 (four) digits of your credit card/bank account number. We do it exclusively for security measures and in order to make your payment process more comfortable and easy for you.
PURPOSES OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
We may process your personal data for a number of different purposes. We may use certain personal data we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the Website, or use certain other website features in the following ways:

What do we mean when we say “Legitimate Interest” and “Performance of contract”?
